1. General Policy
All sales conducted through the Bitcraft Network store are final. We do not offer refunds except in rare, pre-approved situations.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Lifetime or seasonal ranks
- Crate keys (including RNG outcomes)
- Claim blocks once delivered
- Coins or other virtual currencies
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered if:
- A duplicate purchase occurred (must be reported within 24 hours).
- Items were not delivered and are confirmed missing by our team.
- Fraud is verified by the payment processor.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Chargebacks without prior contact result in a permanent ban and loss of all digital goods. Legal action may follow for fraudulent claims.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days and may be reduced by processing or gateway fees.
6. No Warranty
We do not guarantee service uptime or the continued availability of any in-game perks.

Submit refund requests via our Discord support or email. Include transaction ID, Minecraft name, and issue details.
